An Act to provide for the restriction of employment in certain business activities in Malaysia of persons not being citizens and the registration of such persons and for matters connected therewith. [1 July 1969, P.U. (B) 141A/1969] Be it enacted by the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong with the advice and consent of the Dewan Negara and Dewan Rakyat in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: [Enacted in 1968 as Act 36/1968. Revised up to October 1, 1988 and published as Laws of Malaysia Act 353. The revised Act came into force on November 3, 1988.]
